Enrollment begins with an online application and scheduling a tour of our West Philadelphia facility. For Pre-K students, we offer 1–2 hour classroom observations to help your child get comfortable in the space. During your visit, we’ll share detailed program info based on your child’s age and needs.
We welcome infants starting at 8 weeks old. For our Pre-K program, children must be 3 years old by September 1 of the enrollment year.
At times, we do have a waitlist. Families are invited to submit all required paperwork, and we’ll notify you as soon as an opening becomes available.
TYL II provides care for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and Pre-K children. Our programs are designed to nurture growth at every stage.
We use Creative Curriculum along with theme-based learning to keep children engaged and inspired. Our classrooms encourage exploration, play, and early academic skills through hands-on activities.
Yes - nutritious meals and snacks are provided at no cost to families.
We are open Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Absolutely. We offer year-round care including engaging summer programs for continued learning and fun.
Yes - both part-time and full-time enrollment options are available to fit your family’s schedule.
No - TYLII is open weekdays only. We do not offer weekend or overnight care at this time.

Your child’s safety is our top priority. We have indoor and outdoor security cameras, locked exterior doors, and limited access for non-authorized individuals.
A change of clothes, weather-appropriate outerwear, diapers or pull-ups (if needed), and any comfort items are great to include. We'll provide you with a full checklist based on your child’s age and classroom.
