About Us

• The changing demographics in our community are reflected in our staff and families. We celebrate diversity.

• Our teachers are professionals with degrees and certifications in Early Childhood Education ranging from Master’s, Bachelor’s, and Associates degrees to Certified Child Development Associates.

​

• Our pre-school program partners with the Mayor’s Office of Philadelphia to provide “Universal” free childcare for children ages 3 to 5.

​

• TYL II accepts childcare subsidies and is a preferred childcare provider by CCIS and DHS.

​

• TYL II is open 6:30am to 6:00pm Monday-Friday.
